Class 2: World Book Day

We interviewed each other and asked questions about what type of books we like to read and why. We found out about some books we have not read that other children recommended. We also had two Oompa Loompas in class with us!

Class 2: Exploring reflective materials

As part of our Light topic we have been predicting which materials would be reflective. We had to design a new book bag for school that would reflect car headlights in the dark. We worked on groups to test the materials and then order them from most reflective to least reflective.

Class 2: Chromebook presentations

We have started to create our Wonderful Wales presentations which will show everything that we know about Wales. We have used Google Slides to do this. So far we have made a title slide.

Class 2: Light and shadows

We have been learning about Light and shadows in our Science and Technology lessons. We have had a quiz and then we learnt some shadow puppet animals and their names in Welsh. Then we put on a shadow puppet show! 

Class 2: Animated poetry

We have been busy animating our dragons and then we recorded the poem as a voiceover. We worked in teams and each had a job to do.
