Yesterday, we had an amazing workshop with the author Claire Donald. She read her story Mother Earth and talked to us about how even a small voice can
make a big difference. In the afternoon, we took part in a rainforest-themed poetry workshop, where we explored the importance of drafting, redrafting and carefully crafting our sentences until we were happy with them. Claire also shared some of her other
books with us, and we enjoyed singing funny songs together throughout the day.
