Careers and Work-Related Experiences (CWRE)

Careers and Work-Related Experiences (CWRE) Update
As you may be aware from the questionnaire we recently shared, our school is proud to be working towards the Careers Wales Quality Award (CWQA). This is a national framework that supports schools, in Wales, to develop and accredit high‑quality, purposeful Careers and Work‑Related Experiences (CWRE) for learners aged 3–16.
We would like to thank parents and members of our school community for contributing to this consultation process. Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us shape our approach and strengthen our provision. Our CWRE Policy has now been finalised and is available to view in the Policies section of this website.
As part of our commitment to providing meaningful and inspiring experiences for our learners, we are always keen to hear from volunteers who would be willing to come into school and talk about their job, skills or career journey. These real life insights help broaden children’s horizons and inspire positive future career choices.
If this is something you feel you could support, please contact the school office for more information.
Thank you for continuing to support our work in preparing learners for life beyond school.
