Class 4

Y6 recently presented a speech to all of KS2 as to why they would make the best House Captain.

We had our first BSL lesson with Miss Angela, Miss Debbie and Dasher. We learned the Welsh and English alphabet. We asked each other our names and were able to sign the reply. We loved cuddles with Dasher too.

Well done, today,  to our oldest boy and girl. The Last Post was played on the Baritone, for the whole school, by our eldest Madras pupil. She played it beautifully. Then our eldest boy was given the responsibility of placing the wreath. Madras remembered.  

Today the Red Cross visited us and delivered Emergency First Aid training. This is a lovely link to our Christan value of Koinonia – being part of a community, being able to help each other in a community.
