This fantastic LEGO pyramid was made even better by the addition of the River Nile and a boat beside it. We loved this extra touch, which showed both imagination and a real understanding of the topic.
A special treat awaited us as we sampled Egyptian biscuits baked by one of our talented Year 5 pupils. They were a huge hit, with everyone enjoying their crunchy texture and beautifully decorated icing.
Another fantastic baking duo created a delicious Sephardi Egyptian honey cake. We loved the warm cinnamon flavour, and it certainly left us wanting another slice!
