Urdd: Easter Bingo We had a great time playing bingo and games in club this week. We had to listen really carefully as all the numbers were called in Welsh! We had hot cross buns for snack and finished off with our favourite game – corners. Of course the prizes were Easter themed. Pasg Hapus!

Urdd: Instrumental County Round On Friday 7th March, four children from Year 6 competed in the Instrumental County Round in Maes Garmon. We entered three pianists and three brass players. Urdd: Pancakes Today in Urdd, we painted our daffodils that we made last time. Afterwards we did some mindful dragon colouring. As a treat we had pancakes for snack. Then we had a performance from some of the children who are competing in the Urdd this time.

Urdd: February This month in club we all made clay daffodils. Members of the Urdd are busy learning pieces for the first round of the Urdd Eisteddfod which is being held on Saturday March 22nd.

Urdd: Hwyl y Nadolig  On Wednesday 27th November, Christmas came early to Urdd! We all made a Christmas decoration, enjoyed party food, and played our favourite game ‘Corners’ with a Welsh twist! Urdd: November This month in Clwb Urdd we finished off making our Urdd Wreath, made chocolate sprinkle rockets and had a look through some Bore Da magazines. We heard about the history of the Urdd and found out what each colour on the badge represents.

Urdd: Parti Unsain  On Wednesday 29th May. Parti Unsain travelled to Meifod to compete in the Urdd Eisteddfod. The standard of the competition was very high, and although we did not make the top three, for a small school on the border, the children can be extremely proud of their achievement. Urdd: Clwb Urdd Wednesday 1st May In Urdd this month we decorated biscuits with red, green, white and black icing. They look just like Mr Urdd. The Parti Unsain performed the piece they will be singing in the finals at the end of the month. Pob lwc Parti Unsain!
