As part of our topic Penley we have been looking at India.
Last Wednesday 8th March was the Indian Festival of Holi, The festival of colour. We had an afternoon of making colourful Holi trees and paint splatting a t-shirt with colourful paint.
Yesterday we had a taste of Indian food. We tried curry, rice, naan bread, poppadom and mango chutney. We had lots of empty plates.
