This week we have been discussing Easter. We read the Easter Story and we spoke about the different stages Palm Sunday, The Last Supper, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. We also talked about why we have eggs on Easter Sunday.
We acted out Palm Sunday where Jesus rode his donkey into Jerusalem with everyone waving their palm leaves and shouting ‘Hosannah’. We then acted out the last supper where Jesus shared bread and wine to his disciples and washed their feet. Finally we sequenced the Easter Story.
