We recently took part in a Restart a Heart workshop, where we learned the important 4 C Rule: Check, Call, Check, CPR. The session taught us how to respond calmly and confidently in an emergency and gave us the opportunity to practise life-saving skills. Our
teddies were very grateful for all the care and attention they received and, thanks to our excellent CPR skills, they all survived their ordeal! We had great fun while learning some incredibly important lessons.
