Community Choir: A Welsh Afternoon
On Sunday 16th March, the Community Choir held an afternoon of song and cake in Penley Village Hall.
The audience were treated to a selection of Welsh music and poetry.
The choir were also joined by members of the Urdd.
Choir members provided a scrumptious array of cakes which were enjoyed by all.
The event raised £376 which will be sent to the Local Fund of the National Eisteddfod, which this year is being held in Wrexham.
