Nursery: Spring Term
We have been very busy in Nursery in January.
This term we will be learning all about Penley and why it is special.
One frosty morning we went for a Winter Walk and took lots of photographs.
Last week we had lots of fun celebrating Chinese New Year, and we finished our activities off on the Friday with a feast! Sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice and prawn crackers, this was followed by cookies. We all enjoyed our tasty treat and Mr. Ellis who was visiting us from the Maelor school also had some of our feast.
Our Chopstick Challenge was lots of fun and we all managed to pick up the treats with our chopsticks!
We have been for a walk around the village and saw lots of interesting buildings, we even met a dog called Wilf!
Madras School is very special and we have been finding out all about it, painting pictures and using blocks to build our very own Madras.
