Urdd: County Round

On Saturday 5th April 10 members of the Urdd took part in the county round at the William Aston Hall in Wrexham.

In the morning, The Parti Unsain were placed 2nd.

Two children performed in the learner’s recitation in the afternoon. There were eight pupils from Wrexham/ Flint schools.

Both Madras children gave excellent performances and at the end of the afternoon we received the adjudication. We were awarded 1st  place for one of our pupils!

Madras now has three pupils going on the finals in May representing Wrexham/Flint area. What an achievement.
