Urdd: Port Talbot

Three Year 6 members have been very busy during the half term holiday competing in the finals of the Urdd Eisteddfod down in Port Talbot.

We had finalists in the Piano Solo, Brass Solo and the Learner’s Recitation Year 5/6 competitions.

Each competition had over 13 competitors.

Although none of the children were placed they gave excellent performances and can certainly be very proud of themselves.

For a small school on the border, we are certainly putting Madras on the Urdd map!
