Nursery: My Happy Mind
As part of our Happy Mind lesson, we made Glitter Jars. We put some water in a jar then added glitter glue; we had to make sure the lid was on properly before we gave them a big shake!
When we are feeling sad, angry, or worried, our emotions look a bit like this in our brain. They are jumping around mixing together and are all a bit crazy.
When we feel those big emotions, we can do things like Happy Breathing or watching our Glitter Jars, these things can help us to calm down and feel happy again.
