This morning we went on a cold and frosty walk around the school field. We used magnifying glasses to look at the delicate frost patterns on the leaves and fences as we crunched our way through the frozen grass. We also enjoyed a hot chocolate treat!
We have been learning and writing about Diwali the festival of light. We made diva lamps and made rangoli patterns using numicon.

We have enjoyed our last forest school today and the sun was shining. We toasted marshmallows, had marshmallows and chocolate biscuits and hot chocolate. We made dens, built with the crates and played lots of games. We made wood spinners which were lots of fun.
A fun filled morning in Forest school once again this morning. Even though it was wet it didn’t stop us. We enjoyed cooked apple with honey and cinnamon and banana with marshmallows and chocolate buttons for snack with our hot chocolate.
Toasting marshmallows to put between biscuits for snack. Hot chocolate with marshmallows. Conker threading and gluing leaves to make the hedgehog spikes.
We have had a busy two weeks learning about the Queen and carrying out lots of fun activities for the Platinum Jubilee.
