As part  of our RVE we are looking at special places.  This afternoon we went to church.   Working with our learning partners we took photos of all the special objects in church.  When we came back to school we made a PicCollage and labelled  the objects.

Class 1: kindness

Today we discussed what kindness was and the things we could do to show kindness.  We completed kindness rainbows.

Class 1: map work

Today we have been using an atlas to find Wales,England,Ireland and Scotland on the map of Great Britain.  We then looked at the map of Wales to find Wrexham and we discussed where Penley was.

Class 1: Penley

Our topic this term is the local area.  This morning we went for a walk through Penley to see what we have in the village.  When we arrived back in school we discussed all the important buildings Penley has.  We then worked in groups to make a map of Penley.
