Harvest Festival

Brass Lessons Available

Spaces are available for pupils in year 4, 5 and 6 to have brass lessons, please contact Mrs Macey for more information. Instruments can be loaned through the school. If you are in receipt of Free School Meals then you are entitled to these lessons free of charge.

Looking through Tudor Poo

Years five and six asked the question: What did the Tudors eat? What better way to discover this than to have a look at Tudor poo! We found fish bones, grains, seeds,  apple pips, peas, lentils, tomato seeds and carrots!  

Eleanor is the School Champion!

Our school champion is Eleanor Carnell Y5 who managed 262 skips in 2 minutes. AMAZING. I wonder what Eleanor will skip after the 6 week challenge?

Skip2bfit Y5/Y6

We were very excited that Skip2bfit visited Madras on 18th September. The Skip2Bfit workshops are unique skipping workshops which use counting skipping ropes to motivate everybody to exercise by challenging them to take the 2 minute Skip2Bfit Challenge.
