We were very excited that Skip2bfit visited Madras on 18th September. The Skip2Bfit workshops are unique skipping workshops which use counting skipping ropes to motivate everybody to exercise by challenging them to take the 2 minute Skip2Bfit Challenge. Bug Hotels
At lunch children love to create bug hotels around our tall trees on the field. Creativity is abundant! There is a restaurant, a spa, a crab apple storage room, a church and even a beach!
Aquathlon 2019
Every two years we hold an aquathlon at school. All KS2 compete. Pupils swim various lengths (age related) at the Maelor school and then run a predetermined route back to school. The event is timed and there are gold, silver and bronze medals awarded.
