This week we have imagined what our very own pet dragon would look like and what type of personality it would have. On Wednesday we used colour thesauruses to help us describe the colour of our dragons.
We have also been thinking about the things we would do with our pet dragons.
Today we used drama to mime different activities and the rest of the class had to guess what it was. We then used this as a starting point for writing simple and compound sentences. We used ‘and, ‘but’ and ‘or’ to join the two parts of our sentences.
We played a ‘true or false’ game for spot the compound sentence.
