Class 2: Taekwondo with Ady Jones

We had a lot of fun this morning with Ady Jones. We had a warm up and then he showed us how to kick and the correct way to form our fist for punching. We were shown how to kick the pad correctly and Ady told us it is important to kick with both legs. We took turns holding the pads and practising our ‘punch, punch, kick’.  We know we must not do these moves on the playground or at home because we are new to this and that we should only practise with a proper instructor.
