Today, we were lucky to have a special visit from the music team.
We started with a fun warm-up and a quiz to see how much we remembered from our previous sessions. Mrs. Ellis was very impressed, especially with how many brass instruments we could name.
Next, we listened to the Star Wars theme tune composed by John Williams and paid close attention to the different instruments and how they made us feel.
Then, we had a try with the pBuzz mouthpiece. After practicing the right way to make a sound, we attached it to the pBuzz and learned how the numbers on the slider change the notes.
We had a blast playing songs like We Will Rock You by Queen and I Feel Good by James Brown!
