Class 3 have explored a variety of book front covers and discussed what makes them so effective. We thought carefully about questions such as:
- What makes a book cover eye-catching?
- What clues does a cover give about the story?
- Which colours, shapes or characters stand out the most?
- What creative touches have been used?
Using these ideas and inspired by the work we have been doing in class, the children designed their own front covers for our class book, The Class Who Grew Dragons.
As always, the children showed fantastic creativity and imagination. Their designs were full of bright colours, exciting details, and thoughtful ideas that reflected the themes and characters from the story. We are very proud of their hard work and artistic talents!
