Children in Year 3 made a daffodil for the school Eisteddfod in March.
Shortly after, the school received an email from Michelle Davies chairperson of the Floral Committee of the Llangollen International Eisteddfod asking if the children would like to take part in the Daffodil Festival at St Collen’s Church in Llangollen.
The school has linked up with the Eisteddfod in the past and so this was a wonderful opportunity to continue the link with this special event.
The Daffodil Festival took place on Friday 5th – Sunday 7th April.
Mrs Jarvis went along to see the daffodils, and the photos show Michelle Davies, Chairperson of the Floral Committee at the Eisteddfod standing in front of the Wall of Daffodils and a selection of the daffodils in the church.
