Yesterday, we welcomed Team Wales to school. They were here to talk to us about representing Wales at the Commonwealth Games. We met Charlotte Evans (a swimmer) and Jacob Edwards ( a gymnast). They told us all about their sport, how hard they train and interesting facts about their journey. We enjoyed finding out about the sports that are part of the Games and the countries that take part. Both athletes were proud to be able to wave the Welsh flag. Maybe they have inspired some future athletes.
