Nursery: Autumn
On Tuesday we used our 5 senses to find out all about this wonderful season, we had lots of fun trying to catch the leaves.
On Wednesday we had an Autumn Workshop, what fun we had.
Our first activity was making bread, Mrs Jarvis said that we were busy little bakers.
For snack we had vegetable soup and bread rolls. After snack, Miss Clark took 3 big bars of chocolate out of the classroom, we did think that 3 bars was a lot of chocolate to eat all in one go! We needn’t have worried, because she came back with bowls of melted chocolate. We dipped apples into the warm chocolate and covered them with sprinkles.
Just before we went home, Mrs Jarvis and Miss Clark threaded doughnuts on a ribbon, and we had to try and eat them without using our hands to help us.
We have had so much fun.
