We had lots of fun in Reception today. We started with the story of The Hungry Caterpillar. We then did some painting and some fruit tasting. Snack time was next followed by playtime on the bigger yard. After playtime we cut out pictures of fruit to order them on the caterpillar. Finally, we finished off making a pictogram of our favourite fruit that we tasted from The Hungry Caterpillar. We went for dinner in the hall with all the other children, then we had another play. We were very tired when we came back into class with Mrs Jarvis.
We are very excited to start Reception in September.
