What a start to the week!
On Wednesday we found a strange nest in our outdoor classroom and were told that there had been sightings of dragons in the area. We even saw a news report about dragons flying above Primary Schools in other parts of Wales. The nest was quite big and had some jewels, a coin, and a tooth inside it. A claw was next to it.
This has made us decide we would like to become ‘Dragonologists’ and we will use ‘Dragons’ as a topic for our writing this term. We shared the book Tell Me A Dragon by Jackie Morris to help us imagine what type of dragon may have visited our school.
Watch out, there are dragons about!
