We have been creating our own rainforest artwork in the style of Henri Rousseau. We needed to create new shades of green by adding black and new tints of blue for the sky by adding white. We have done the backgrounds of our paintings.
On Friday 17th November we celebrated ‘Odd Socks Day’. It marks the end of our focus on ‘Anti-Bullying Week’. It was an opportunity for us to express ourselves, to celebrate individuality and what makes us unique. We have decided to donate the money we raised, £109.60, to ‘Children in Need’.
After a tense couple of days and one revote necessary, we are pleased to announce our Madras House and Vice Captains.

As part of our House Captain week, we had a visit from Caryl who told us all about what happens in the Senedd. We have been learning and writing about Diwali the festival of light. We made diva lamps and made rangoli patterns using numicon.
Nursery: Diwali On Monday 13th November we celebrated Diwali in Nursery.
