Class Four: Using Micro: bit

Class Four: Coding Micro:bit to track fitness We devised a coding sequence to instruct Micro:bit to track our fitness. We then wore it on or wrist or popped it in our sock. It transferred the information back to the laptop!

Class 2 PC Hulley visit and creating adverts

What a busy week! PC Hulley came in to talk to us about how to keep ourselves safe and what we should do if we are unsure. We have been busy rehearsing our voiceovers,  designing wrappers and then we have used Chatterpix to create an advert for our chocolate bar. 

Class 2 Forest School 6/10/23

We tried pumpkin soup and most of us thought it was delicious! We also completed a Conker challenge where we had to work in teams to make the Conker travel as far as possible after it leaves the guttering. We measured in cm and then ordered the lengths to find the winning group.

Nursery: Winnie’s Amazing Pumpkin We had a busy week in Nursery last week with the wedding, but we had time to hear the story of Winnie’s Amazing Pumpkin. We made pumpkin scones and even made a new helicopter for Winnie. On Friday we went to Forest School and enjoyed pumpkin soup.
